haalt die .ps1 en bash scripts weg. En doet nu gewoon een cross platform ding.

Gebruik alleen hierna wel

cargo xtask run     # build and boot in QEMU (default)
cargo xtask build   # build the kernel only
cargo xtask image   # build target/ray-os.img + .iso
cargo xtask vbox    # build and run in the "RayOS" VirtualBox VM

Want cargo run en cargo build werken hierna niet meer! Ook geen scripts meer aanroepen want die zijn ook gone!

Chore: Migrate build/run scripts to cargo xtask

Replaces the Windows-only PowerShell scripts and the Linux-only qemu.sh
runner with a cross-platform `xtask` crate: `cargo xtask run/build/image/vbox`.

- Adds the xtask workspace member; drops the global UEFI build target
  default (it would force xtask's own host build onto that target too).
- cargo build/run now fail fast with a compile_error pointing at
  `cargo xtask` instead of no_std/host linker errors.
- QEMU/OVMF/VBoxManage are resolved via PATH + env vars (OVMF_PATH,
  QEMU_PATH, VBOXMANAGE_PATH, VBOX_VM_NAME) instead of guessed,
  OS-specific install paths; .envrc.example documents the overrides.
- rust-toolchain.toml pins the nightly toolchain/components/targets so
  rustup installs them automatically.
- Renames the project/VM/disk-image branding from DavidOS to RayOS.
- Removes meta/, run_qemu.ps1, run_vbox.ps1 and the unused font8x16.raw.
